I love walking in the new fallen snow. There is something really beautiful about creating the first tracks in snow. I usually forge my own path as the dogs run everywhere. But I have to be careful. I might fall because the snow covers rocks, dips, and unexpected holes.

My faith walk requires me to take new steps where the footing isn’t so sure.  My steps of faith cannot be taken on my own, so I trust in the Lord that He will keep me from falling. I take new steps, making new tracks, trusting that God has a grip on me.

Psalm 37:23 “The LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him.”
