STOP AND THINK – Nobody is bored when he is trying to make something that is beautiful, or to discover something that is true. (William Inge, 20th century playwright and novelist)

Do your daily tasks bore you? Are you involved in routine, repetitive, mechanical activity that is almost mind-numbing? If it’s physical activity, look for ways the routine can be re-directed to producing something of beauty. If it’s mental work, be creative and find ways to discover or advance what is true and helpful.

By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures. (Proverbs 24:3-5)
