STOP AND THINK – A real friend is one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out. (Walter Winchell, newspaper and radio commentator)

Have you ever felt all alone in the midst of some kind of struggle? Everyone seems to have deserted you, and you feel abandoned. It’s at times like that when a true friend steps into our turmoil to counsel, console, or simply encourage you. Such times reveal who our true friends really are. We should be on the lookout, too, to see who we can befriend.

A friend loves at all times (Proverbs 17:17). There is a friend who sticks closer than a brother (Proverbs 18:24).
