Spring is a special time of new beginnings in the woods. Everything is coming to life, bursting from its dormant state with new growth. The new plants and the increasingly warm temperatures are exhilarating for both myself and the dogs.
In his letter to Timothy, Paul writes about how he was given a new beginning because of God’s sheer mercy. God is in the business of extreme makeovers and new beginnings.
1 Timothy 1:15 “Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners. I’m proof—the Public Sinner Number One—of someone who could never had made it apart from sheer mercy.” (The Message)
