Today is Election Day in the U.S. With all the rancor and spirited debate prior to the final vote and the temptation to give up on our form of government, consider Churchill’s continuing remarks: “Indeed, it has been said that democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time.”

When there is moral rot within a nation, its government topples easily. But wise and knowledgeable leaders bring stability. (Proverbs 28:2)
