Do I or Don’t I?

If you really want to do something, you’ll find a way. If you don’t, you’ll find an excuse. (Jim Rohn, late entrepreneur)

When it comes to a project or chore that needs attention, we are sometimes faced with a dilemma: do I really want to do this? How important is it to me? How much time will it take? Am I capable? It really just boils down to what we want to do, and Rohn explains the two alternatives. The basic issues, then, are motivation and priority. Choose well.

All who are prudent act with knowledge (Proverbs 13:16). For it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose (Philippians 2:13).
