Commitment

Stay committed to your decisions but stay flexible in your approach. (Tony Robbins, American coach and philanthropist)

Some people seem to have difficulty making decisions and sticking with them. They sometimes vacillate between following through or changing their minds. Those often are tough choices, and Robbins gives good advice. When following through on a decision is tough, don’t give up; try to find another way to address the problem that will enable you to stay true to your word.

Lord, who may dwell in your sacred tent?  Who may live on your holy mountain? . . . [the one] who keeps an oath even when it hurts, and does not change their mind. (Psalm 15: 1, 4)
