There are times when we can hardly wait for an ending—like a long semester in a difficult class, but there are other experiences when we think the ending comes too soon. We are enjoying the experience, and we hate to see it end. Whatever the conclusion, happy or sad, we can view it as the beginning of something new and determine to make it a positive experience in 2023.
And now the prize awaits me—the crown of righteousness . . . And the prize is not just for me but for all who eagerly look forward to his appearing (2 Timothy 4:8).
