Worry
What worries you masters you. (John Locke, 17th century English philosopher)
One of the most difficult issues we face from time to time is the sense of unease and worry. We just can’t seem to control the anxiety associated with the current problem. We act as though if we fret about it long enough, we might eventually be able to change the outcome. We really know that doesn’t work, so we may need to find peace by trusting God with the outcome.
Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank him for all he has done (Philippians 4:6).
