Making a Difference
What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make. (Jane Goodall, English anthropologist)
Parents want to make a difference in the lives of their children and teachers in their students. Most of us rarely think about the influence we are having on other people, especially those we hardly know. Goodall is right! We should give careful attention to what we do and say and make a positive difference in our community.
[Those who fear the Lord] share freely and give generously to those in need. Their good deeds will be remembered forever. They will have influence and honor. (Psalm 112:9)
