God of Hope

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand (Isaiah 41:10).

And you yourself must be an example to them by doing good works of every kind. Let everything you do reflect the integrity and seriousness of your teaching (Titus 2:7).

The instruction of the wise is like a life-giving fountain; those who accept it avoid the snares of death (Proverbs 13:14).

For the Kingdom of God is . . . living a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. If you serve Christ with this attitude, you will please God, and others will approve of you, too. (Romans 14:17-18).

It is pleasant to see dreams come true (Proverbs 13:19).

So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today (Matthew 6:4).

So I am writing to you . . . because you know the difference between truth and lies (1 John 2:21).

Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it (Psalm 127:1).

When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. . . . And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free (John 16:13; 8:32).

Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people (Colossians 3:23).

A gossip goes around telling secrets, but those who are trustworthy can keep a confidence. . . don’t betray another person’s secret (Proverbs 11:13; 25:9).

For everything there is a season, a time for every activity under heaven (Ecclesiastes 3:1).
