God of Hope

So now we can rejoice in our wonderful new relationship with God because our Lord Jesus Christ has made us friends of God (Romans 5:11).

For God says, “Indeed, the ‘right time’ is now. Today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2).

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank him for all he has done (Philippians 4:6).

Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior (Ephesians 4:31). So get rid of all evil behavior (1 Peter 2:1).

He chose capable men from all Israel and made them leaders of the people. (Exodus 18:25)

And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. (1 Peter 4:8)

Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else (1 Thessalonians 5:15).

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. (Ephesians 4:29).

Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come (1 Timothy 4:8).

Get the truth and never sell it; also get wisdom, discipline, and good judgment (Proverbs 23:23).

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). 

Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you (Psalm 37:5).
