God of Hope

When the right time came, God sent his Son, born of a woman . . .. God sent him to buy freedom for us . . . so that he could adopt us as his very own children (Galatians 4:4-5).

All authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God. (Romans 13:1)

All of you should be of one mind. Sympathize with each other. Love each other as brothers and sisters. Be tenderhearted and keep a humble attitude (1 Peter 3:8).

Truthful words stand the test of time but lies are soon exposed (Proverbs 12:19).

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need and thank him for all he has done (Philippians 4:6).

So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever (2 Corinthians 4:18).

Remember your Creator now while you are young . . .. Here now is my final conclusion: Fear God and obey his commands, for this is everyone’s duty (Ecclesiastes 12:6, 13).

I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us (Philippians 3:13-14).

Whatever you do, do well. For when you go to the grave, there will be no work or planning or knowledge or wisdom (Ecclesiastes 9:10)  

Don’t put it off; do it now! Don’t rest until you do. (Proverbs 6:4)

You shall know the truth, and the truth will set you free (John 8:32).

The godly walk with integrity; blessed are their children who follow them (Proverbs 20:79)
