I was walking the dogs one day when I noticed them making a commotion ahead of me. I thought they had something trapped. The closer I got, I realized they had cornered a decoy turkey. They were circling and barking at the decoy, thinking it would try to run or fly away. I called them off before a camouflaged hunter stepped out from the bush.
I have found that I am also easily deceived—but saved by the grace of God.
Titus 3:3-5 “At one time we too were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy.”
